Gullah Foodways Collaboration

in digital photography II through coastal carolina university we teamed up with gullah foodways to represent the products made by gullah geeche peoples, as well as create portraits that can be used to promote their crafts. the gullah geeche are descendants of West and Central Africans who were enslaved on coastal plantations in the lower Atlantic states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
